Haven installed at Ekofisk

Jack-Up vessel “HAVEN” has been installed at Ekofisk in The North Sea as accommodation platform.
The accommodation platform “Haven” is equipped with five (5) totally enclosed lifeboats – each for 120 people capacity – and one (1) fast rescue boat for 6 people. All lifeboats, fast rescue boat and corresponding davits have been delivered by Eide Marine Tech.
The boats are being situated approx. 50 metres above sea water level when the platform is fully jacked up. “HAVEN” has been equipped with a total of 3 NorWater Freshwater makers, 2 x 60 tons and 1 x 80 tons. Existing equipment from another supplier were taken out and replaced with our NorWater system. The 80 tons machine where pre-fabricated in our production hall in Norway and then assembled on the site.
